Perfect PDF 6 Office is a helpful extension for
Microsoft Office. It can be used only if at least one of the following
Office products is installed on your PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint or
Outlook. The key feature of Perfect PDF 6 Office is the conversion of
Microsoft Office files and documents into the PDF format, including
metadata, that is for example links, the table of contents, bookmarks,
form fields and controls, comments or the index.

Of course, you
can save PDF files directly from within your Office application (in
Office 2010 or 2007 only), but in this case you will lose practically
all metadata and your PDFs will contain only visible content and links.
Perfect
PDF 6 Office includes a PDF program which allows viewing,
printing and signing of PDF files. It also provides the possibility to
rearrange the PDF document structure (insert, move, remove, resize,
rotate pages), and to design PDF documents using galleries of
watermarks, stamps, backgrounds and much more.
During
installation, it is possible to select one of
languages
(
English,
Français,
German).
You can create PDF documents from text or image files and insert
pages from image files or scanned images. This product does not allow
to create PDF from any printable files, but only from the Office
document types mentioned above. Commenting or editing page content in
PDF documents is not possible either.

- Create blank documents, documents from text or RTF, image files or
scanned images. Export from PDF files plain text or document pages as

- Manage document pages: change order, insert or remove pages, change
page size, orientation, label, etc.
- Decorate document pages with backgrounds, watermarks, headers and
footers using template galleries. Import new templates from PDF files
- Windows Explorer (My Computer) integration: converting any printable
files to PDF files directly from context menu, also combine printable
files to one PDF file(only MS Office files converting). Preview
